We'll send a sign-in link here. Stripe collects everything else — your legal name, registration and bank details go to them, not to us.

Plain language on purpose — these are the deal, not fine print. All eleven are required.

  1. We are a bona fide charitable/non-profit organisation, lawfully registered in our jurisdiction.
  2. We hold, and will maintain, every registration, licence, or authority required to solicit and receive charitable donations.
  3. We authorise Skiwo AS to facilitate donations to us and to display our organisation in the Good Either Way app, acting on our behalf as a facilitator, not as the fundraiser-of-record.
  4. We understand donations are paid directly into our own Stripe connected account. Skiwo is not the recipient of, and does not hold, the donated funds.
  5. We understand and consent to the fee: the donor's full stake is a donation to us, and we pay Skiwo a platform fee of 20% of each donation, netted automatically by Stripe, with each side bearing its own payment-processing costs — and this arrangement is disclosed to donors.
  6. We, and our controllers, are not subject to sanctions and are not on any prohibited-persons list. We will comply with applicable anti-money-laundering / counter-terrorism-financing law.
  7. Donations will be used only for our stated charitable purpose.
  8. We will comply with Skiwo's fundraising conduct standards of honesty, transparency, donor protection, and record-keeping.
  9. We are solely responsible for issuing any tax receipts. Skiwo makes no representation that donations are tax-deductible.
  10. We will promptly notify Skiwo if we lose charitable status or any required authority, or if our details change.
  11. Skiwo may suspend or remove us at its discretion (e.g. loss of status, a sanctions hit, or complaints).
